FEBRUARY 18, 2004 - THE US ATTORNEY ANNOUNCES SANTILLAN'S ARREST

With Mexican television reporting the discovery of at least 12 bodies buried in the same back yard, US Attorney Johnny Sutton announces the arrest of Heriberto Santillan. The United States Government no longer charges Santillan merely with trafficking. Now, they charge him with the murders of at least five men.
