Claiming to be astonished by the behavior of local ICE agents, the head of the DEA's El Paso Field Office Sandalio Gonzalez writes a letter to his counterpart at ICE. In the letter, Gonzalez makes a series of very serious allegations. Gonzalez copies the letter to the chief federal law enforcement officer for the Western District of Texas, US Attorney Johnny Sutton.
