SEPTEMBER 28, 2006 - ICE SUPERVISOR CURTIS COMPTON'S AFIDAVIT

ICE Supervisor Curtis Compton oversaw the investigation of Heriberto Santillan Tabares. Attorneys representing the family of Luis Padilla and numerous other victims accuse Comtpon of turning a blind eye to multiple murders. Compton has denied the claim and insists that he and his fellow agents were never in a position to prevent murder. This fall, a federal judge dismissed the civil suit brought against Compton and his fellow ICE agents. This is Curtis Compton's legal afidavit.
