LUIS PADILLA IS ARRESTED

On February 18, 2003, members of the West Texas HIDTA Task Force search the property of Luis Padilla. Inside a trailer, they find 120 pounds of marijuana and an AK-47. Luis Padilla and his wife Janet are arrested. Luis pleads guilty, and is sentenced to probation. The charges against his wife are dropped.
